Delivery and shipping fees

Goods purchased on www.zoefabrics.eu are securely packed to prevent damage during transportation. Each shipment is packed in a new packaging.

In case you receive a shipment with damaged packaging, please take a picture of the damaged area and contact us on our phone number. If the shipment was sent via the Slovenská Pošta, please accept the goods and contact us before opening the box.

Delivery fees

Our products are delivered via Slovenská pošta and Express Mail Servis (EMS).

The fees breakdown:

1. Slovenská pošta (Czech Republic, Slovakia, EU) - first class delivery

Slovakia - 3,95 € (free shipping for all orders above 99 €). Delivery time: 1 - 2 days
ČR-7,20€ (free shipping for all orders above 149 €). Delivery time: 3 - 5 days
EU-12,60€ (free shipping for all orders above 249 €). Delivery time: 4 - 6 days 

2. EMS (Express Mail Service) - Express delivery provided by Slovenská pošta (Slovakia, Czech republic and EU)

Express Shipping Price:

Slovakia - 6.80 € (for items from Haberdashery, Fabrics, Garments) Delivery time: 1 day

Czech republic -15.00 € (for items from Fabrics, Notions and Clothing), Delivery Time: 2-4dní

EU - 19.00 € (for items from Fabrics, Notions and Clothing) Delivery time: 3-5days

The shipment contains a printed invoice or other tax document.
